INTRODUCTION
St. Ann School provides a Catholic Education for the parishioners of St. Ann and the surrounding area. Catholic Education is the backbone of the church, the family, and the individual from which the entire community benefits.
Business and industry rely on Catholic Schools to produce a large portion of the well-educated and skilled men and women they employ. Most importantly, our children must be taught and must be able to learn more than it was ever thought possible, for they must have the foundation for dealing with the questions and problems of the future. They must have the spiritual convictions to deal with contemporary moral issues of today and tomorrow. They must have a respect for self and others and demonstrate a concern for justice in all its aspects. Above all, our children must develop a love of God joined to service for God and His people.
As Primary Caregivers, the parents or guardians have a serious obligation to provide for and supervise the education of your children. The family is the first school and receives assistance from society as a whole and from the Church.
St. Ann Catholic School is an extension of the education that begins at home. By the time a child enters school, he/she is not beginning his/her education but continuing it, and needs the help of his/her parent/s. The parent/s' attitude toward the school and the teacher is most important and will be reflected in the attitude of the child.
St. Ann School is committed to proclaiming the message of the Gospel through active participation of the faculty, staff, and students in planning and participating in religious experiences.
Our academic program allows the student to grow in a balance of spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical experiences appropriate to their age and grade.
